Body contouring
Liposuction, tummy, buttocks, arms, thighs and after weight loss.
Body contouring
Liposuction (by area, 360, or arms and underarms)
Removes localized fat deposits with cannulas inserted through small incisions. It can be done by area, 360° around the abdomen, waist and back, or on the arms and underarms to refine the arm contour.
Ultrasound-assisted liposuction
Before suction, the fat is softened with ultrasound energy, making it easier to remove from firm areas or in revision procedures.
Tummy tuck
Removes extra skin and fat from the abdomen and, when needed, repairs muscles separated after pregnancy. The scar sits low, where underwear covers it.
Fleur-de-lis tummy tuck
Adds a vertical scar to the tummy tuck to remove excess skin side to side, common after major weight loss.
Panniculectomy
Removes the hanging “apron” of skin and fat over the pubic area that causes irritation, chafing or hygiene problems.
Circumferential body lift
Removes excess skin all around the waist, front and back, in one surgery. It lifts the abdomen, flanks and buttocks.
Brazilian butt lift (BBL)
Fat is taken by liposuction and placed in the buttocks to add volume and shape. Fat is placed only above the muscle, following current safety recommendations.
Buttock augmentation with implants
Increases buttock volume with implants designed for this area, placed through an incision in the crease between the buttocks.
Buttock lift
Removes extra skin and lifts sagging buttocks, common after weight loss or with age.
Arm lift (mini, standard or extended)
Removes loose skin from the inner arms. The mini leaves a scar in the armpit; the standard, along the arm; the extended continues onto the side of the chest.
Thigh lift (mini or standard)
Removes loose skin from the inner thighs. The mini leaves the scar in the groin; the standard continues it along the thigh.
Upper body lift
Removes excess skin from the back and sides of the chest, often left after major weight loss.
Mons lift (pubic lift)
Lifts and reduces the pubic area when it has dropped or holds extra fat. It is often done together with a tummy tuck.
Calf fat grafting
Your own fat is placed in the calves to add volume and a more balanced shape.
Surgery after major weight loss
After major weight loss, whether through bariatric surgery or on your own, extra skin often remains in several areas. The most common procedures are the fleur-de-lis tummy tuck, panniculectomy, body lift, arm lift, thigh lift, upper body lift, breast lift, and buttock and mons lifts. In consultation we decide which ones apply and in what order.
Intimate surgery
Labiaplasty
Reduces the size of the labia minora when they cause discomfort with clothing, exercise or intimacy. It is assessed privately in consultation.
Every surgery is performed only in hospitals with a current sanitary license (licencia sanitaria).
